Cooking Methods

For Microwave*:

• Remove the sleeve and place sealed tray in microwave. Do not remove or puncture the FreshLock® film.
• Microwave on high for 60 seconds. The film may inflate with steam as it evenly heats the food. Popping noises are normal!
• Be careful! Let the tray rest for 2 minutes before carefully removing the film. Check temperature before feeding.

*1000 watt microwave. Instructions from fully thawed.

For Stove Top:

• Remove food from the original package and place in small skillet.
• Add 1 tablespoon of water on low heat and cover with lid.
• Gently steam to keep food tender adding more water if needed to prevent over drying. Cook to 165°F and final tenderness is reached.
